The camera includes IVA Pro Buildings and IVA Pro Perimeter pre-installed. These analytics deliver highly reliable, deep-learning based detection and tracking of persons and vehicles in scenes ranging from sterile zones to crowded environments. They are extremely resistant to false triggers caused by rain, moving trees, snow, and shadows, allowing operators to detect, track, and classify objects with high accuracy.
This camera features starlight X technology for maximum detail in extreme low light, and HDR X technology to capture crisp video of moving objects in scenes with a large dynamic range. HDR X takes multiple readouts from a single exposure, resolving the motion blur and imaging artefacts commonly found in traditional high dynamic range technologies.
The camera offers integrated advanced smart infrared (IR) illumination that covers distances up to 80 meters (262 feet) for wider versions and 140 meters (459 feet) for telephoto versions. Multiple IR beam angles link to the zoom position of the lens, ensuring uniform illumination across the full scene without hot spots or dark corners. Optional invisible IR (940nm) or white light modules are also available.
The device uses a proven three-step installation concept with a mounting plate and a patented optimized swivel design. Furthermore, the camera offers auto-calibration by transforming 2D pixels into 3D real-world measures. Calibration efforts are reduced to a single click, minimizing the time investment required to achieve optimal analytic accuracy.
Special measures ensure the highest level of security for device access and data transport. The camera features an embedded login firewall, an on-board Trusted Platform Module (TPM), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) support. Network and device access can be protected using 802.1x authentication, and viewing access is secured with HTTPS and TLS 1.2 encryption with 256-bit keys.
